Insight Global is seeking two Analysts, Talent Acquisition Program and Compliance to support our client's Talent Acquisition team. This individual will provide compliance and program support for a large recruiting organization, helping manage background screening processes, staffing vendor audits, reporting initiatives, and various compliance-related projects. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting HR, recruiting operations, compliance, or legal-related functions and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities. Must Haves: 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, Recruiting Operations, Compliance, Legal, or a related field Experience working with background screening processes Experience partnering with a background check vendor Proficiency in Microsoft Word Light Excel experience Strong organizational and project coordination skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality Ability to work independently and collaboratively Plusses: Associate degree or equivalent work experience Experience auditing staffing agency compliance processes Understanding of DOT drug and alcohol testing regulations Experience supporting I-9 compliance initiatives Compliance, HR operations, recruiting operations, or legal support background Experience managing reporting and demographic data collection Strong research and problem-solving skills Positive, team-oriented attitude Day-to-Day: Adjudicate and review background screening results Partner with background screening vendors Audit staffing agency background check processes Support compliance initiatives related to background screenings and I-9s Manage demographic data collection and reporting efforts Assist with team projects and compliance programs Coordinate events and administrative activities for the Talent Acquisition team Research compliance-related issues and help drive resolution Support recruiting and HR teams with various operational needs #J-18808-Ljbffr
