Role Description The Heating Air Conditioning Technician is a full-time, remote role responsible for providing HVAC support and guidance to clients and internal teams. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing heating and cooling issues, advising on repairs, and coordinating with on-site personnel to ensure systems are operating safely and efficiently. The technician will review service requests, recommend preventive maintenance plans, and support troubleshooting efforts via phone, email, or digital platforms. Additional responsibilities include interpreting technical documentation, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations, and maintaining accurate records of service activities. The role requires consistent communication with customers and colleagues to deliver timely, clear, and professional technical assistance. Qualifications Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve HVAC system issues efficiently. Knowledge of plumbing systems as they relate to heating and cooling equipment. Experience performing preventive maintenance on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Understanding of EPA regulations and proper handling of refrigerants; relevant certification preferred. Working knowledge of electricity and electrical components in HVAC systems. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and work orders. Effective communication skills for remote collaboration with clients and on-site technicians. High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in HVAC is beneficial. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple service requests in a remote environment.
